Internships

Be part of the Ontario Systems story.

Do you want to apply the skills you learned in school to a professional environment? Do you want to work within a team where you can learn from mentors and gain practical job experience? We offer a variety of internships in areas including Information Technology, Compliance-Cyber Security, Cloud Services, and Marketing.

Through our summer internship program, you will acquire a better perspective of post-graduation employment by applying the principles and theories you’ve developed in the classroom, as well as have the opportunity to attend development sessions on different topics to help you grow professionally and personally, such as time management, professional expectations, money in your 20s, and agile methodology.

Our internship program also gives you the chance to give back to the community by serving 4 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO). Our interns have volunteered and served at Camp Adventure, ARF, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Inside Out.

Apply your classroom knowledge to real-world solutions.

Partnership Between Higher Education and Private Sector

The Ontario Systems Talent Incubator, or ‘The Cube’ for short, offers students majoring in computer science an opportunity for a paid internship and relevant career experience right on the Anderson University campus. Because The Cube is on-site, students can work and progress academically in an environment that flexes with class schedules. Read more about the launch of the program.

Preparing Students for Life after Graduation

Students gain access to a competitive career and knowledgeable mentors right on campus. The Cube provides students with relevant industry experience and paid internship opportunities, which builds our mutual brands, and attracts and keeps talent in our communities. We nurture the personal and professional growth of each student in the program, allowing them to graduate with a strong technical foundation and experience in collaborative projects.
